Logo Design Questionnaire
Brand Design Questionnaire
Let's Get Started!
Thank you for taking the time to answer a few questions about your logo design. The goal here is to collect information about your organization, target audience, competition and brand. You don't have to answer every question—feel free to bypass questions that you don't understand or don't consider relevant. But the more you can tell us now, the more likely we are to create a design that matches your goals.

What type of logo would you like?
Wordmark (Text) - This type of logo works best when the name of the company is very distinctive. The design is primarily text and is very simple and minimalist. Examples: Coca-Cola, FedEx, and Disney
Lettermark (Initials) - This type of logo is very simple. Similar to ‘Wordmarks’ in that they’re comprised of text, but highlight the company’s initials rather than their full name. Examples: CNN, GE, and HP
Brandmark (Symbol or Icon) - This type of logo works best for very high-profile, global companies. They’re also helpful when the name of your company is long. Examples: Shell, Nike, and Apple
Combination Mark (Text and Symbol) - This is probably the most popular type of logo. This type of logo will spell out the name of a company while simultaneously associating it with a visual icon. These logo types can often be split apart, giving you the ability to use the text or the symbol independently. Examples: Burger King, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell
Emblem (Text Inside Symbol) - This type of logo tends to resemble the look of an official badge or seal. Examples: UPS, NFL, and Ford
